Delivery estimates are provided and cannot be guaranteed.

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond my control. Buyers are responsible for any duties and customs import taxes that may apply.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

Because artwork is made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Custom or personalised items (unless faulty)

Nothing in these shop rules affects your legal consumer rights.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact me and I will work with you to investigate the shipment.
